Please note when placing orders they need to be placed before Monday 9pm to ensure delivery that week. Any orders placed after this will be delivered the following week.

Delivery to suburbs south of Cockburn is Tuesday late afternoon. North of Cockburn, Mandurah and north of the river is Wednesday between 10am-6pm.

Please mention in the comments any special delivery instructions.

If you live in a high rise apartment with no front door access you need to be able to meet the delivery driver upon delivery. The driver can not leave their vehicle and travel up lifts to your apartment.

If you require them to be dropped to your work address please let us know when placing an order, as you will need to be there to receive them. Please check with us before ordering, as we cant always guarantee delivery before you leave work.

If you are not home, your order will be left in our ice bag, with an ice pack, at your front door.

PLEASE LEAVE THE BAG AND ICE OUT WHEN EXPECTING YOUR ORDER SO WE CAN TAKE THE OLD, THANK YOU.
